Was verry disappointed with the service after surgery. Had wisdom tooth removed. Had a feeling that they just want to kick me out asap. After GA, once awake, asked about surgery and been told that surgent already spoke to me? So i have no memory of that as i probably was just coming out of GA. Been told that i can call tomorrow and talk to surgeon if i want. Nurse said, according to what she know, all went well? Dont even remember how or when, but when i woke up food was already placed at the front of me which felt very rush... read more
I had my wisdom teeth removed 21/11/25 at the park private hospital. Very pleased with my experience here. Very efficient, clean facilities, kind helpful staff. I recommend
Reception staff need to be more friendly, we as family to call to check on our loved ones obviously being anxious etc…we don’t know your system so no need to be rude and then hang up without a bye.
Not very disabled friendly. Complete lack of communication between staff that I am completely deaf. This lead to a nurse / doctor turning my assistive technology off and telling me “it’s time to pay attention”. I am 29 and use a tablet to tell me what people are saying. And yet I was treated like a child watching a movie on an iPad. I told several people I was completely deaf and used the tablet to communicate prior to and during admission - I did not deserve to be humiliated just before surgery. Shocking.
