Lovely hospital and lovely staff BUT only hand towels available to have a shower no towels available both at night and in morning! Terrible food 90 second porridge served in sachet with a small jug of cold milk. The call bell for patients is so loud wakes you up everytime a patient presses for a nurse. Rushed out by 7am. For a boutique private hospital has alot to answer for. I wont be recommending!
My experience here was good. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr Nathan Vujcich and Dr Eric Tai was my anaesthetist. Dr Vujcich was confident and I felt like he could do the surgery in his sleep. I also found Dr Tai easy to talk to and reassuring before the surgery. Also the staff were friendly and helpful. If you take any medication/supplements please call your anaesthetist’s office a couple weeks in advance. I wasn’t aware Dr Tai would be receiving my survey answers only days before surgery. Was verry disappointed with the service after surgery. Had wisdom tooth removed. Had a feeling that they just want to kick me out asap. After GA, once awake, asked about surgery and been told that surgent already spoke to me? So i have no memory of that as i probably was just coming out of GA. Been told that i can call tomorrow and talk to surgeon if i want. Nurse said, according to what she know, all went well? I had my wisdom teeth removed 21/11/25 at the park private hospital. Very pleased with my experience here. Very efficient, clean facilities, kind helpful staff. I recommend
