Doug has always been great to deal with and makes an excellent building manager
I must say Doug Salter, building manager is AMAZING! He made my whole exprience super easy and smooth. He could not be more helpful, approachable and friendly. So impressed with his hard work.
Enjoyed my time living here as a tenant, extremely convenient to beach restaurants and Woolworths. Doug the property manager couldn’t be more helpful friendly and approachable. The neighbours very friendly and complex well maintained
Awesome building and lovely residents! The manager is solid, approachable and dependable, and a great guy too! The pool on the roof is amazing, so refreshing with brilliant 360° views. Only a block from the beach and a supermercado right next door. Why live anywhere else?
A wonderful place to live ! Handy to beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Facilities in common areas are second to none and are always kept immaculately. Building Manager could not be more helpful or friendly.
