Flawless. I attended an event last weekend here for my wife’s niece. I have never even left a review, but a week has gone by and I was so impressed with the venue and professionalism I had too. The staff was super on top of almost everything at all times, food was spectacular, atmosphere was amazing. An example is my wife has recently sprained her ankle so it’s been tough for her getting around. We had our wedding at Park Loft, and it was truly the best decision we made. From the moment we walked in, we knew this was the place we wanted to celebrate our big day. The venue is absolutely stunning, but what really makes it special is the people behind it. Alexa was amazing throughout the entire planning process always responsive, helpful, and kind. I wish I could give the Park Loft a star rating far higher than a five. I cannot adequately express how wonderful they made our son and daughter in law's wedding day. The venue is gorgeous and there is attention to detail everywhere you look. The food was outrageous. Truly it is was like eating in the finest of NYC restaurants.
