If you like roaches as pets, this is the place for you ! Im having roaches in my apartment for months and maintenance os doing nothing about it. I’ve complained so many times and the answer is always the same “This is Florida” or “We’ll continue to spray you apartment”. I do my part on keeping a clean place and keep all drains closed all day long (excep when using it) and I still find roaches (dead and alive) very often in my apartment. Like living here the last few years. Maybe they need to modernize stuff here, BUT, I like it here. It's in a good location and a "Safe" location
Staff are helpful, price is reasonable, maintenance is quick, and location is amazing. Only thing is I wish the kitchen was updated with newer appliances and cabinets. But good place to live overall!

Living at park place at Turtle Run in Coral Springs FL is like tranquility. The staff in the leasing office Theresa, Antonette, Maria, Kelly & Naomi are very pleasant. They welcome you in the office & make you feel at ease & at home. They even have pet treats for your dogs. The maintenance team are great & friendly & eager to help. My favorite being there is the property is pet friendly I love to walk the 2 dogs early in the morning & they love it too. It's safe & peacefull. I'm satisfied with my 3 years living here. The manager is very nice and caring. Any problems I have they take care of it immediately. Keep up the good work!
