I don't recommend this place. ever.
RecommendedBeen here since August. Office staff is very professional and there to help. Maintenance is very quick and get things done right. The grounds are very well maintained. I love it here, being a single mom I feel very safe.
Please NEVER move into these apartments. Just the manager alone will put a bad test in your mouth. Maintenance, customer service, and the overall experience is awful. I don't have many regrets in my life but moving out here is one.
Poor maintenance response. When they do show up to fix things they do it half ass. We have had 3 water leaks in 6 months. They fixed it by painting the wet marks. Sewage leak outside of our apartment and I called emergency maintenance and they didn't come fix it until 3:00 the next day. Our bath tub has had to be fixed twice in the 6 months we have been here. They are highly over priced for what you get.
