I had a great experience with the office staff at The Park at Matera, especially Catherine. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and displayed outstanding customer service from start to finish. Catherine took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Hello everyone well i am very happy on decided to lease this property because they are very good people for starters catherine and the property manager they are very good and understandable they are every patient also and im very grateful for them and the maintenance also they are quick to fix our property unit and i thank you very much for everything.
This is such a beautiful and beautifully landscaped place. I had the pleasure of meeting up (reuniting) with Tonya!!! We did a lovely tour of one of the units and was very impressed. She is so sweet and exceptional to work with. I was considering moving to this location from a sister property and although there was nothing immediately available for what I was looking for, she followed up with me immediately!!!! Been a resident here for a little over 2 years. Staff and management has changed a lot, but Catherine by far has been great! She is top tier in customer service when it comes to tenants and communication! I’m glad to have her on board here!
