The property manager Tonya is the best. She takes pride in helping the residents in any way she can. So much so, the property just won 2025 best property award.
The community director at The Park of Matera, Tonya Lombardi, is an exceptional asset to the community. She proves herself to be an expert in her field, and I have great respect for her and the role that she plays. Ms. Tonya is always very welcoming whenever I am visiting the offices here. Thus community wouldn't be the same without her.
This place has really improved thanks to our new community Director Tonya Lombardi. She really loves this place and the residents and she pours alot of love on us too. She makes living at matera worthwhile.
