Because I have to give them a star. We had to leave. Too much fighting and drug dealing. The biggest criminals is the Mgmt co. They still owe me money from when I stayed there back in 2016-2017. Move there if you want to.
This Building is completely mismanaged and I have only lived here for 5 months! The management company sometimes doesn't even pick up the phone. They will turn off the water in the building without notifying the tenants and will make you wait hours for the water to be restored. They will do construction on the roof and not notify us, our unit is on the 6th floor and we will have to hear pounding begin at 9 AM on a Saturday.
