I’ve been using this surgery for a year and I’ve never had a problem, I always get an appointment and they are always happy to help over the phone. All staff I’ve had experience with has been lovely. The only downside is I had to wait two weeks for a blood test appointment as I was getting referred to the hospital. Mrs Lawrence who took my bloods is amazing, made me feel very comfortable. They are always quick at prescribing my long-term medication.
Terrible surgery, got given an appointment for 10am and was waiting for an hour and 15 minutes!! No one tells you there's a wait your just left to sit in the smelly stuffy waiting room without a clue. When I asked about my appointment I was told im next and to stay seated. Everytime there's a problem here, nothing ever seems to run smoothly, the place is shocking !! Then when you do get seen the docs get you in and out as quick as possible, they dont give a tish about you. Getting the place empty seems priority. By far the w... read more
Waiting 3 weeks for a simple blood test seems crazy to me and the excuse given was that, and I quote: "well our nurses have to have a holiday"!! I agree, all staff have to have time off but that says to me that that there is poor management where nurse's work is not being covered in these circumstances and that is a management problem not mine surely ?
Rude staff, dismissive doctors. Poor service, a nightmare get an appointment. An absolute sham of a doctors surgery
Since moving to a new doctors, I realise how shocking the service was here. I went back and forth numerous times over the years with awful symptoms and was constantly fobbed off, telling me nothing was wrong. I moved to a new doctors; they immediately did tests, and within a few months I was diagnosed with a chronic condition which needs treatment.
