Does not recommend your family going here until they care more as if it was their family in this place. This place sounds friendly on the phone but does not pay attention to those in temporary rehab following an illness or injury at the hospital. They don't bring the food ordered at times, bring alternatives without inquiring whether the person can eat that. They don't bring utensils or condiments. The kool-ade is watered down. trying to get answers as to why my younger brother went from care at St Joe’s hospital for a brain bleed to after a month and a half or so at Parc he went from sitting up for 25min and speaking simple sentences to now with possible sepsis, speaking unintelligibly, serious kidney issues, and serious dehydration, hypertension, only self awareness, gall bladder issues, etc...
Worst nursing home I ever had to deal with won’t even help the elder
