This community feels more like a prison or 55+ community than what it brands itself to be. Most of the amenities are only open during regular business hours and the pool closes at 9pm, making it extremely difficult for the working class to even use them. The staff doesn't seem to know much of anything going on, recycling is usually not picked up from your door (so much for trash valet service), the internet service is awful and required, maintenance requests take several visits to accomplish anything and they are terrible at... read more
