I have put in a work order over two months ago for a leak in the ceiling above my shower. Someone came out took a look at it did no work to it, but marked it as completed work on the portal only for the leak to get worse, it in covered in mold. I have place another work order it has been 3 weeks none has come to even look at it. Mind you this the the 4th time this leak has happened. They want rent but wont come fix a leak. I SHOULD NIT HAVE TO SHOWER WITH MOLD WATER LEAKING ON ME. This is unsafe and unsanitary.
THIS PLACE IS NOT STANDARD FOR HUMAN DECENCY AND LIVING ARRANGEMENTS. IT HAS GONE FROM DECENT TO DECEITFUL AND DEPLORABLE. THEY HAVE ENGAGED IN UNFAIR HOUSING PRACTICES AS WELL AS HIKES IN RENT WITH VERY LITTLE MAINTENANCE. RUN FARRRRR AWAY IF YOU CHERISH YOUR WELL BEING, YOUR SAFETY, YOUR POSSESSIONS, YOUR LIFE, AND YOUR CHILDREN'S LIVES. IT IS HORRIBLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU HAVE NO CHOICE.
