The exterior of the building looks old, but the room is spacious, clean, and I’m very satisfied. I’ve only been living here for six months, but I’m already thinking about extending my lease and staying longer. Thank you to all the staff for always being so helpful.
The apartment itself is really great, and I stayed here for 2 years without any issues. However, the recent shift to a building-wide common internet service has been very disappointing. The Wi-Fi is unreliable, and residents are not allowed to opt out and choose their own provider. Despite multiple complaints, no action has been taken to improve the service. This is especially problematic for those who work from home, as it makes attending meetings and calls extremely difficult. I really hope management takes immediate steps... read more
5 star staff, 4 star building Pros: Great staff, no pests, straightforward payment system, consistent utilities, rapid maintenance response, good location right by the metro and within walking distance of several grocery stores Cons: Older building, smaller gym My husband and I have lived at the Paramount for 4 years. Lived here from 2023 to 2025. Pros: -The location is great. Crystal City/Pentagon City is chill, being walking distance to Costco was great. And the metro is also close. -Loved the floor plan/layout of the 2BR 2BA. -No bug or pest issues. Cons: -Every time it rained, it leaked. Every. Time. There must have been some structural issue.
