The apartment itself is really great, and I stayed here for 2 years without any issues. However, the recent shift to a building-wide common internet service has been very disappointing. The Wi-Fi is unreliable, and residents are not allowed to opt out and choose their own provider. Despite multiple complaints, no action has been taken to improve the service. This is especially problematic for those who work from home, as it makes attending meetings and calls extremely difficult. I really hope management takes immediate steps... read more
5 star staff, 4 star building Pros: Great staff, no pests, straightforward payment system, consistent utilities, rapid maintenance response, good location right by the metro and within walking distance of several grocery stores Cons: Older building, smaller gym My husband and I have lived at the Paramount for 4 years. Lived here from 2023 to 2025. Pros: -The location is great. Crystal City/Pentagon City is chill, being walking distance to Costco was great. And the metro is also close. -Loved the floor plan/layout of the 2BR 2BA. -No bug or pest issues. Cons: -Every time it rained, it leaked. Every. Time. There must have been some structural issue. I would like to start by Thanking the staff at The Paramount, for their exceptional professionalism kindness and awareness. We lived here for 1 year but at the time of renewal we had to make a tough decision and move back to the Midwest. Miss LaTese was always helpful with answering our questions and assisting with overall requests. The maintenance staff was always prompt and courteous and very mindful.
