Bought a dress at the Hingham store, had a great experience. Went to return the dress the next day at the Marshfield store because I was in the area. Apparently because the tag was not attached to the dress anymore, they couldn't accept the return. Mind you, I used to work here and that was never a policy. Also, I still had the tag and the receipt, plus I had just bought the dress less than 24 hours before. I have never been told when purchasing clothing from here that for returns, tags must still be attached, which is absur... read more
I was just in the Nashua location and in cashing out the cashier called me sir!! I am a 60 year old woman and I presented as such and yet the cashier still called me sir!! My take is that, that store needs a lot more sensitivity training!!! Asap!!
