A long wait for an appointment and then at the surgery furthest away.
Awful practice. Rude doctors and reception staff. Entirely unhelpful. I told a doctor there about my serious chest pains and she told me that her job is to check if I'm dying or not and need to be sent to hospital, otherwise she's just sending me home. Disgusting attitude you should be ashamed to sit there calling yourself a Doctor.
I visited Panton Practice last week to ask about my friend’s prescription. I wasn’t aware of the new eConsult system, and the receptionist, I believe her name is Remia, explained it to me in a marvellous way. She was very kind, patient, and helpful. I really appreciate Panton Practice and the great service provided by the NHS. Thank you very much
