I have been waiting on hold for an hour to get through to someone. I did an e-consult as usual and they told me I need to book an appointment, which I’m trying to do but I cannot get through to anyone. I don’t think waiting three days to try and book an appointment is acceptable especially when they told me to call!
I’ve had an awful experience more recently here. I cannot get through on the phone and they don’t respond to emails. If I do manage to get a response, they just say to fill in a form, which cant be filled in while pregnant. Absolute nightmare to get a prescription.
