The receptionist was amazing, so was the lovely lady who answered the phone. They were friendly, polite & helpful. The GP was very kind too. Sophie)Nothing but good service from both practices so far. The only issue is the small waiting room where we were exposed to germs & got ill. Thank you specifically to (I think her mane was Sophie) who was very kind & helpful on the phone.
Never see the same doctor. They cancelled my appointment tomorrow. Great, as I booked the morning off work to go I have Been waiting 3 weeks to see the doctor. A pathetic apology and can rebook me in 3 weeks time. Find a better practice with a better google review is my advice...
