Receptionist lady she is very rude , horrible manner. She doesn’t have communication skills. Very disappointed.

Went to see if I could see a doctor about pain medication as had a root canal 3 days ago and pain not subsiding, was met with an incredibly rude reception that was chatting to another colleague about how crap the email system was and took 10 mins to acknowledge I was there in an empty waiting just to be told I have to do an e-consalt (which is the policy and that is okay) but to wait 10 mins while receptionist is having a chinwag about the department is in my opinion a let down in the duty of care.
I appreciate and value NHS staff at my GP surgery in all they do and specifically my doctor Clare Marshall thank you doctor for listening to my concerns deeply appreciate, you are the best doctor I have ever seen. Many thanks love you doctor Marshall
