I think the property staff and managers are all great, they seem very kind and I wish there were more opportunities for me to say hi to them! I appreciated the coffee and donuts event they held for the students when we were all cramming for exams, it was very sweet. They also fulfill maintenance requests a lot faster than other places I’ve lived.
Staff is incredibly respectful and helpful whenever I’ve needed to interact with them.
This place is false advertisement. Its mini luxury apartment, with mini refrigerator, mini washing machine, mini rooms and mini toilet. I would not recommend for any cal students!
Re: Berkley dr., St Catharines At all costs stay away from these fake looking townhouses. Renos, over raughted wood, and old insulation. Cutting down mature trees. Leaky windows. Flooded basements. It is no where near worth $2500 a month, especially with cheaply done renos to make the insides and outsides look like a dream home. Plus all the bills on top of over inflated rent costs. Horrible parking lots, horrible walkways and front steps from the 70's. Seasonal landscaping is a joke. Trying to get minor fixes done in units ... read more
