The apartment and building is very new and renovated! They are very quick to respond to any maintenance or general issues, usually within a day, and the staff are incredibly friendly and really listen to any concerns that you may have! Definitely the best UC Berkeley apartment option!
The amenities are great, and the view from the Roof Top is one of the best in Berkeley. For any student looking for a great housing option, then The Panoramic is the place I would highly recommend.
The Panoramic Berkeley is the best campus dorms at Berkeley! The rooms are well furnished and the staff is very welcoming and nice! Highly recommend!
I've stayed in panoramic last summer and am currently staying this summer, both stays have been great. Management is very helpful as well! The rooms are fully furnished and cozy and the kitchen has lots of storage too. I especially like how close the building is to campus.
Panoramic has been a great place to stay at during the summer. The staff are helpful, great individuals and maintenance requests are sorted within 24 hours if not the same day (thanks Jose!). I got quite lucky and got assigned to a corner unit on the top floor. Every morning I wake up to the view of the bay and the Golden Gate Bridge and at night I get to have dinner while watching the sunset. The only “issue” I have is a very minor quality of life one.
