We took our dog Bell there Christmas Eve to get groomed. I should of known better we have had bad experiences there before. But after talking to the owner I felt comfortable taking Bell back there. They called and said she was matted she was not matted she gets groomed every month and we comb her daily. I told them I would come and get her I did not want them to shave her. Do not take your dog there. My husband and I had a bad experience. My husband took our Poodle there for the first time and when we picked her up and brought her home, we noticed she had a bleeding foot, so we called them up and they said it was a foxtail and they forgot to tell us about it. The next day under our Poodles neck was blood marks either from them shaving her too close or burning her with the razor. Her right ear kept twitching and we noticed she had been cut there as well. Wonderful, fast and gets the job done just like I want it. FIrst place I have found that I LOVE!
Coco loves getting pampered here. she gets really excited when we bring her. The staff is always very professional and friendly. They even called me to make sure it was ok with me to cut the mats on her ears. Prices are reasonable I would definitely recommend pampered pooch to anyone.
