My whole experience was a 10 out of 10, Mersadys was so quick and efficient very knowledgeable, down to earth, I felt like I’ve known her forever and it was my first time meeting her.
I am really unhappy with my experience here. I have been waxed quite a few times before so coming in here I overall knew what to expect. Although the employee was very friendly, my wax was very messy. I left with a lot of leftover hair that I had to shave and tweeze once I got home. I got a Brazilian and expected everything to be off, but my bikini line still had a lot of hair, as well as the front where she waxed. I will not be back.
