I’ve been coming to The Pampered Peach in Prosper for over a year now and used to really love the experience. However, something has definitely changed recently—possibly new management? The service has gone noticeably downhill. The staff no longer seems as warm or welcoming, and during my most recent visit, the person who helped me was not friendly at all.
