NIGHTMARE!!! – What a horrible experience! Stay away from this place! The front desk people are rude and have no idea how to work any of the equipment, which never works anyways. I have tried to tan several times and each time is a nightmare. First is the horrible attitude you are given as soon as you walk in then you try to use a bed and it is either broken or it is down for some reason that no one can explain to you. Beautiful space and great service – I've been a client of this palms tanning resort since they've opened almost a year ago and can't say enough good things about my experience here! Owner Brandy Harris has created a beautiful space with the latest and best high tech equipment in both spray and traditional tanning beds. The front desk service is always very friendly and accommodating and Amber, their resident Xtreme lash esthetician is the best in the business.
