The food is lousy... physical treatment personnel are great! Security measures seem adequate. Nurses are nice & caring. Office personnel need an attitude adjustment.
Writes:My mother was sent here for rehab after a fall injured her back. From the er she went to The Palms. She was there one night and suffered abuse at the hands of a CNA who was frustrated at the fact that my mom could not turn to use the bed pan because of her back spasms and hit on my mom's legs leaving a bruise. She turned her so forcefully to her side screaming in pain onto her hip that she broke a few years before.
