My experience at this hotel was absolutely horrible. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with complete disrespect. The staff was extremely rude, and at one point, I was even insulted and yelled at for no reason. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected while staying at a hotel. Instead of providing hospitality, the employees acted aggressively and made me feel completely unwelcome. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and certainly no care for guests. Quiet spot which was nice. Great location and value for what I paid. Sure the room could have been more updated but for what I was paying I didn’t expect Ritz Carlton amenities. Would return - thank you!
Had a minor issue and the management took care of it. Beautiful room!
This place is very affordable and quiet. We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was super friendly and didn't hesitate to tell us about things to do and ways to get around (ride circuit). They made sure the A/C was on before our arrival so we'd walk into a well conditioned room. We had a fridge, TV, stove, microwave, toaster, iron with a full ironing board, and plates/cutlery and pans to cook if we wanted.
