Worst hotel of my life. There were bugs on the bed, the toilet wouldn’t flush, the outlets didn’t work, no ac, the room was musty and old and the air made my throat sore the next morning. Horrible customer service, blaming me for not calling them up at 11pm wondering why the toilet wont flush. When we checked out he said “i dont see no bugs” after i showed him a picture of it. Also, its not on the ocean. At all. I would give it a 0 if i could. Ive been to better hotels in Haiti

We came and the man at the front desk claimed that he needed my card for a “100 dollar deposit” and it would come back on my card within 3-5 business days. It infact did not come back & they scammed me. I had to dispute it with my bank. Not only that, the rooms weren’t even properly cleaned, it had a weird smell. They don’t give you a chang of sheets or change it themselves. No change of towels we had to bring our own.

I booked on line in my booking I said I would check in at 20:00 due to my flight arrival. When I arrived at the premises everything was closed and when I called the bloke was rude and told me on the www site it said they closed at 19:00 I screened the entire www site and did not find anything as such. Anyway he said he would not charge me - guess what he lied and I got charged ……… thieves and lies all the way

We just finished a three night stay here and can't say enough good things about the motel. I will start with stating that we are not fancy hotel people. We don't require lush accommodations, as we would prefer to spend that extra money on experiences since we aren't using the room to do more than sleep. Palms on Ocean fit the bill. Check-in was easy and quick, which is a great way to start a beach stay. Minor hiccup — misheard the room number and accidentally made fast friends with the folks in Room 10 🤷‍♂️🤣 (shoutout to them for being cool). First impression: classic-style beach motel. The king studio offered a surprisingly large, open room with a kitchenette and dining table. Fully stocked with plates, glasses, and silverware.
