This is my home. It's where I live. My meals are prepared by a chef. My house is cleaned by my housekeeper. Her friend will do my laundry if I so desire. Any normal living need or desire that one wants is available here to make living comfortable for an old ww2 vet, or anyone else for that matter. There are lots of activities and entertainment for those who want it and plenty of people to socialize with or not, just as you please. Stop over for lunch with me whenever you're in the neighborhood.
God bless the management and staff at The Palms during Hurricane Irma. They did a magnificent job taking care of all the residents at the Palms, one of whom is my 94 year old mother. They were devoted and it took great courage to stay under enormous stress and the pressure of not knowing what fate awaited them in their own lives. They managed to move residents to a safe floor, feed them, and entertain them. The team stepped up to the plate and I will be forever grateful. Truly unsung heroes.
I am grateful for the opportunity to perform there. Very well maintained.
