I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Jennifer Kraatz and her team. The staff were so welcoming and kind, which helped calm my nerves straight away. Dr. Kraatz was not only incredibly skilled but also warm and empathetic—she made me feel completely at ease throughout my periodontal treatment. I couldn’t have asked for better care!
The Palms is the best.Dr Kere Kobayashi was fantastic and went to great lengths to help me out in an emergency procedure. I was very appreciative of the personal time that he allowed for my procedure especially when I have a phobia of dental anything.The professional and caring approach given to me was very reassuring and I can highly recommended this practice.
I very much can praise The Palms for excellence in all ways. High quality periodontal and implant work, kindness and helpfulness at all times, and integrity in showing commitment to the patient by charging fair and minimal costs and making sure warranties are honoured if needed.
