Horrible!In March 2023 I washed my new RAM truck using the tunnel wash. I’ve had a membership and had used wash several times. This time the tunnel didn’t disengage the top bar and it crushed the chase bar on my truck. I estimate $500 damage, below insurance deductible. The kid “acting assistant manager” said the owner wasn’t present but would call me. The low life, coward hasn’t called me to this day. On 6/6/2021 I dropped my car off at 12:00 with the request that they detail, wax, and shampoo my seats and paid $150 for this service. When I picked it up at 2:00 there was still dirt on my seats, two out of the four of my rims were filthy, my steering wheel, cup holders, and drivers side door had not been touched. My gear shift still has sand around the edges. I requested it to be fixed and they said they would. I had to go out of town so I picked my car up again after hours. took my car in for a quick wash. upon arriving at home I noticed scratches all over my hood. Took the car back and showed Kaleb his response was "We didn't do it" I threatened to post something on FB and his response was "Conversation over" and walked away. Believe me I will tell everyone about this incident...my rating of this car wash is ZERO...
