Horrible!In March 2023 I washed my new RAM truck using the tunnel wash. I’ve had a membership and had used wash several times. This time the tunnel didn’t disengage the top bar and it crushed the chase bar on my truck. I estimate $500 damage, below insurance deductible. The kid “acting assistant manager” said the owner wasn’t present but would call me. The low life, coward hasn’t called me to this day. On 6/6/2021 I dropped my car off at 12:00 with the request that they detail, wax, and shampoo my seats and paid $150 for this service. When I picked it up at 2:00 there was still dirt on my seats, two out of the four of my rims were filthy, my steering wheel, cup holders, and drivers side door had not been touched. My gear shift still has sand around the edges. I requested it to be fixed and they said they would. I had to go out of town so I picked my car up again after hours. RecommendedTTheThe assistant manager went above and beyond helping me yesterday. Even though the place was very busy. I am grateful for all the help. Very personable employees. My car is gleaming and it was extremely dirty. It now is shiny inside and out.
Palms car wash will not see me again till they get a staff in there that knows how to work. Waited for over an hour after purchasing full service wash. They never got around to doing anything after the car went through the automated part. I finally asked for a refund and left with my car not done. They said it was because they were running a skeleton crew. I noted only one person there actually doing anything. It was horrible.
Always super friendly, hard working, and leave no piece of fur! (I have 2 big dogs!)
no I do not recommend. 1st off they should have a membership lane for detailing. 2nd off customers should not have to wait while they clean their own vehicles. no manager on duty AGAIN. and they do a terrible job cleaning the inside, at least do the windows
Ethans the best, needed a jump because we were jamming to the radio, and the battery died and he did everything to help us get back on road! He’s the best :)))
My wiper blade was snapped off during the wash and they wanted to put some old miss matched blade on my truck. I said hell no and went and bought new blades for my truck they cost 42.98 so I called the car wash and all they said was sorry and have a blessed day. I SURE WILL NOT BE USING THAT CAR WASH EVER AGAIN
