I'm not surprised of the palms at Forest hills apartment, and mind you I used to live there in the 90's and it still hasn't changed. The property managers here have not changed apparently by what I've been reading it's ashame because the apartments are nice but I'm surprised they still have not yet places the washer/dryer's inside the apartments Instead of the laundry facilities for the price that consumers pay on rent we should be able to get washer/dryers inside the apartment. Unprofessional is too good of a word to describe my experience. I put in my application. Set an appointment with Rachel Rosas and showed up to a closed office. Left messages and nothing back from the palms. Even a month after because I was really giving them time to respond back to me. Now I asked for my application fee back and surprisingly got a fast response to let me know it is non refundable. It was expected. I was looking to move there but was conned instead. Called these people to get a rental rate and I almost thought I was about to get defrauded. They are not knowledgeable, they send you to a call center that isn’t the property so the people on the phone have no actual idea of what is on the property itself. They advertise newly renovated apartments but there is no washer and dryer inside of the units, what kind of foolery is that? If newly renovated is wooden cabinets and black appliances then you all have lost your mind. Bottom line don’t call, you’re welcome!
I was looking to file an application here until I read the reviews.. I don't think i'd like to rent a place where the manager or leasing office employee acts like "Rachel". Reading all this is scary and horrible. I feel bad for the people living here!
