My father has been in this facility for 4 months. He brought it to the attention of leadership that a bed bug infestation broke out in his room. They failed to act after 2 weeks after telling us it wasn't bed bugs. Blood spots were all over his pillows, headboard, and mattress. We had a conference call with the director, and we could tell she didn't want this going beyond her. The first night, they put him on a blow-up bed in a spare room. He fell out of bed.
