My husband and I recently obtained a mortgage through Homestreet Bank and had the good fortune to work with the Palmer Team. Being business owners makes getting a mortgage more complicated, but Brent and his team made the process as easy as possible for us and were there for us every step of the way. Brent and The Palmer Team were great to work with this year. We had a really tight timeline and Brent knocked it out of the park. I couldn't imagine buying our first home would have gone so smoothly but it really did. Brent was super responsive and helpful as was his team. I feel confident he lead us down the absolute best path with our loan. I would recommend The Palmer Team to all my friends and family and would hope to use them again if/when we ever need to buy a new house in the future.

Brent really goes above and beyond to make sure the whole process goes smoothly. I contacted multiple lenders when shopping around and none compared to Brent. Him and his team are more knowledgeable, will always get you the best rates and have no problem going the extra mile for you. I will always be recommending Brent to anyone I know to get their mortgage through him.

Brent was the lending agent who represented me in my new home purchase, which turned out to be a real blessing for me. There were many tribulations along the route, caused by a disorganized (possibly dishonest) seller - and Brent walked with me the entire way, while smothing out the rough spots and making my path as comfortable as possible. Brent and the rest of the office staff at HomeStreet Bank went out of their way to get me into a new mortgage in a difficult time line--but they got the job done. My previous mortgage company thought reducing my interest rate and payments were not a good reason to refinance. Brent thought it was one of the best reasons to refinance and showed me several option. He cut my mortgage payment by one third. I would recommend him unconditionally.
