ROACHES! BLACK MOLD! ROOF LEAKS! BROKEN A/C! USELESS STAFF! YOU WILL REGRET MOVING HERE, STAY AWAY!!!
I wish I could give a negative star review. There’s BLACK MOLD IN THE BEDROOM and maintenance doesn’t care. Thermostat didn’t work for months. Roaches are everywhere, trash consumes the hallways, the fire alarms didn’t work until my wife called the fire marshal and discovered multiple buildings weren’t up to code. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
This is my first time living on my own and honestly, The Palmer Apartments made the whole process so easy. The leasing office explained every detail to me and even helped me set up utilities. The apartment itself feels brand new — clean carpets, fresh paint, and a kitchen I actually enjoy cooking in. I was nervous about moving, but this place feels like home already.
We moved into The Palmer about six months ago with two young kids, and it’s been perfect for our family. The grounds are always clean, and the playground area is well-maintained. The maintenance crew responds within 24 hours which is seriously impressive. The location is great too — we’re close to schools, grocery stores, and so many restaurants. My kids have made friends here, and the neighbors are friendly without being nosy.
This is LITERALLY the worst place I have ever lived. They moved us into a unit with no AC, it took them MONTHS to fix it. The building we moved into had no working fire alarms which wouldn't have been known had we not called the Fire Marshal since maintenance said nothing was wrong. Turns out SEVERAL buildings had to be entirely rewired and have new alarms put in.
