⭐️ 1 Star – Completely Neglected and Unsafe This property looks fine from the outside, but once you move in, the truth comes out. There’s mold, roaches, and severe water damage that management refuses to fix. Maintenance shows up, makes notes, and never follows through. I’ve sent photos and documentation for months with no real action. Make sure you get an update from past residence. This place needs new management and a renovation.
DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS!!! They have horrible bug problems and MOLD problems. I do property restoration for a living and specialize in mold and water remediation. Our unit flooded in less than a month of moving in and the people who came did everything wrong didn’t take the proper precautions and when we brought it up to the office they did not care. We then saw mold growing in the guest bathroom and told the Palmer and they did not respond for over a month until they finally addressed and what they did was absurd.... read more
11/10 DO NOT recommend living here. Ever come home to find 1–2 inches of water flooding your apartment? Well, here's my experience of this past weekend and the Palmer's response. My bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and living room were flooded due to a faulty shut-off valve inside our unit. I get it, this stuff happens. But the way it was handled by staff has been an experience I don't wish on anyone else.
