The reason they have good reviews is because they bribe residents into deleting bad ones by offering to take charges off your account—let’s start there. I’ve held off on leaving this review in hopes that management would do the right thing—but after being ignored repeatedly, it’s clear this needs to be shared. I’m a full-time mom, student, and employee, and the last thing I should be dealing with is negligence and poor communication from my apartment complex. I just visited The Palmer and had such a great time with Zoe. She was so fun and informative on my tour. I absolutely love the open floor plan and the trees from the home she showed me! I am so excited to apply! Thank you Zoe for all your laughs and knowledge on this new home for me.
