Moved in July, I don’t have any complaints. My apartment is beautiful and the community staff is helpful with any inquiries. No bugs, No mold, No issues! Pretty quite complex. No car break-in since I’ve been here unlike my previous complex.
This 2015 Dodge Challenger with South Carolina license plate was stolen from this neighborhood lastnight before day this morning 8/12/25. Multiple cars were broken into in one night only this car was stolen at the time. Any info please contact CMPD. Be safe
Los apartamentos son muy bonitos, pero romper carros, robaron carros y no les interesa, aparte de eso me pidieron un mes de alquiler NO REEMBOLSABLE SOLO POR VIVIR ACÁ. Para una seguridad tan mala. Tuve que pagar el depósito de 500 dólares y el fee no reembolsable. Por el mismo precio puedo vivir en un lugar más seguro. NO SÉ CONFUNDAN CON LOS APARTAMENTOS BONITOS
No recomiendo vivir aquí. Anoche rompieron la ventana de 5 carros para robarlos, incluyendo el mío! Cómo es posible que pasa esto y los vecinos se acercan a decir que eso es común varias veces al año y que también les roban los carros!!! Por suerte no se robaron el mío, aunque quedo destruido. Lo peor de todo es la respuesta de la oficina, NO LES IMPORTA NADA! We came looking for a one-bedroom apartment, as we are a family of two adults and a 2-year-old child. However, we were denied the option to rent a one-bedroom because they count the child as an adult, forcing us to sign a lease for a two-bedroom unit.
