Honest review. It's never been the best here but after a change to maintenance and management things have gone downhill drastically. There is now dog waste everywhere. It's always been an issue, but the new guy is clearly not picking it up like the other did. I see piles that have been there for over a month and it's getting worse. Things were great until recently, new management comes along and threatens everyone with lease violations constantly. No regard for the people
Expect pot fumes & cigarette smoke to waft into your apartment multiple times daily. This is a “smoking allowed” apartment complex, and they favor the rights of the smokers over the wishes of non smokers to breathe fresh air. There are many rules, which is fine, but they don’t apply equally to everyone. My daughter’s car was once parked in the same non-reserved spot for 4 days, and I was told that I had to move it.
