Everything is pretty great about the Palmer HOWEVER if you live even remotely close to the pond, I hope you love the sound of barking!!! Disrespectful resident with barking dogs resulted in multiple neighbors of mine leaving after just a couple months. Property managers don't do anything except offer to move the neighbors that complain! Pretty crazy management choice.
I had a great experience meeting the new property manager Marion Smith.The property is amazing with spacious floor plans.
This place is amazing. The apartments are perfect and the pool and gym and so nice too. The best part is their leasing office. Jen is the absolute best. If you ever have any questions definitely go to her. She is amazing! I would definitely recommend this place!
I've left a review before but I have to leave another. I have lived here since September and it has been the best apartment complex I have lived in since I've been in Socal. The amenities are amazing the grills work like a dream, the gym is a great little gym with enough equipment to get a good workout on any muscle group. The pond has ducks, turtles, and fish which is awesome. The residents are so kind and willing to have a conversation. The staff is amazing especially the leasing office.
