We are moving from out of state and weren't able to do an in person tour but Caitlin was extremely helpful and did a virtual tour with us and allowed one of our friends to go to the complex to check it out on our behalf. The entire process between finding a unit available for our move in date up to signing the lease has been so smooth. Caitlin has been very timely, patient, and thorough answering all of our questions and we are grateful for all of the help she continues to provide for us!
Everything is pretty great about the Palmer HOWEVER if you live even remotely close to the pond, I hope you love the sound of barking!!! Disrespectful resident with barking dogs resulted in multiple neighbors of mine leaving after just a couple months. Property managers don't do anything except offer to move the neighbors that complain! Pretty crazy management choice.
I had a great experience meeting the new property manager Marion Smith.The property is amazing with spacious floor plans.
This place is amazing. The apartments are perfect and the pool and gym and so nice too. The best part is their leasing office. Jen is the absolute best. If you ever have any questions definitely go to her. She is amazing! I would definitely recommend this place!
