Stayed at this hotel on the final night of our 3 week USA road trip. We've stayed at a lot of places on this trip but this hotel is one of the best stays we've had, just a bit gutted we didnt book for a couple of nights The hotel is just fabulous, the room design and art work, has a bit of a retro feel. The hotel was spotless and just lived our room and big shower. David who checked us in was so helpful and went above and beyond. Me and my wife frequently stay in palm springs for weekend getaways. I'd say we've stayed in over 15 different hotels through the years By far, this hotel has the cleanest room I have yet to stay in palm springs. The room was spotless. We typically bring our kids with us and let them walk barefoot in the room. So it's easy to tell if they've cleaned their floors by how black their feet get. The floors were surprisingly clean! From the moment we arrived, our experience with the front desk was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. We noticed that we were charged a different amount than what we were expecting, so my husband approached the front desk simply to ask for clarification. When he attempted to show the front desk employee the amount displayed on his phone, the employee responded rudely and stated that he did not need to see the phone.
