Bernice is amazing!
Old building, not well constructed, you hear your neighbors talking and hear their TV. Advertising pictures are photoshopped, removed power lines and palms are made bigger. The glas doors through the pool are brocken, dangerous to open. The deposit fee is ridiculously high and they manipulate you with it... force to give good review before they return the deposit. Parking is only a few places outside on the street, not convenient...

After driving almost three hours we arrive and there is a variation in my husband’s name at check-in . Everything else is on file, reservations, confirmation, credit card, etc . Since there is a slight deviation, they don’t allow us to check in . We have booked with our service for 10 years, not once has there been an issue . We were refused service. Honestly, things happen for a reason, because this place is dead, no one in the pool, the grill does not work, and everything looks stale . Don’t waste your time .
