Steak seafood and history .
Delicious steak cooked perfectly. Old school steakhouse vibe. Salem our waiter was knowledgeable, friendly, and gracious. And they got us out in time for us to make our show.
Our favorite waiter, Bashire, has moved on from the Palm on the West Side, but we were lucky to be served by Alberto, who was very attentive and knowledgeable about everything at the Palm. He has been a server at the old Palm on the East Side since 1991, which we miss terribly, including maître d’ Albino. We were also very impressed by, and happy to meet, manager Aysun, who was equally attentive to our concerns and accommodating.
