While they are knowledgeable and appear to give great service at the sale, forget about any follow up service. After the sale you barely exist. I spent almost 8000 on 2 single mule palms, and double mule palm and a Sylvester palm. Within the first year my double rotted at the root and fell, one of my mules rotted after a year and a half and died and my Sylvester just cracked in half and fell over. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
