Year 2 and recently renewed my lease for a 3rd year. Living here has been a joy. My kids love the modernist of the community, and this hidden gem has been everything we needed. Not to mention the beautification of this property. The landscaping is excellent, the facilities are amazing and the staff is all of that and a bag of chips. I absolutely love Palladian! Stephanie has always taken such great care of me! The amenities are amazing, and the clubhouse is such a beautiful space. I especially love that you can host events there—it’s such a great feature for residents who want to have friends and family over. The community is beautiful, welcoming, and has so many great spaces to enjoy!

I can’t say enough good things about the Palladian at Promenade! The staff has been absolutely fantastic. Everyone is friendly, professional, helpful, and genuinely seems to care about the residents.
