Great surgery, great service. Staff always polite and friendly, GPs are brilliant.
This surgery is everything that is currently wrong with healthcare in this country. It’s impossible to book an appointment over the phone or in person. This is not an emotional review, I am simply stating the facts. I tried to make an appointment for my 94 year old grandma following a fall and head injury. She required a check up and BP checks. I rang first thing at 8am but was told to use the ‘econsult’ form online (I had tried but on completion it told me to ring 111!) The receptionist said she’d do it for me and someone w... read more
Claire from reception has helped me on 2 occasions in the last 2 weeks. She has gone above and beyond. It is really appreciated! Thank you so much.
Husband has been trying for days to get through on phone but kept at 1 in queue for hours so he walked in the surgery still 1 in the queue and the receptionists were just sitting there. He asked if he can check he's vaccinations but they said they cant help he has to go to a chemist. Can't believe they can treat patients like this
