Be careful ppl. First of all , the customer service is disaster and they just want to charge you as much as possible . They are scam and charge way more than other parking lots. Save yourself a headache and never go with the impark . They charge me 266 per month as non residential rate which they know that I live in the building and should have charge me 105 as a residential rate.
