I got a avocado paleta that was super old, and my boyfriend got super sick from an oreo shake just in a hour after he drank it, this place should be serving fresh dairy and be using proper food handling and use commen sense on checking dates, hes super sick from this!

We are in West El Paso approximately 4-5 weekdays/week, We’ve tried many delicious restaurants in Cimarron which have been AMAZING! Today we stopped at The Paleta Bar West. We were greeted by a very friendly young woman who answered all questions. I had a coffee Paleta dipped in dark chocolate (I’m salivating just thinking about it). We had an amazing time at Paleta Bar! They had such a great variety. The best part, though, was the service. The staff was super friendly and attentive. They took the time to explain the options to us, and even suggested some unique combinations t Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was fun, and the paletas were definitely a hit. We will definitely be coming back soon!
We went for my daughter’s bday as she was craving a Dubai pistachio paleta. It was delicious! Jackie was very sweet and excellent! Highly recommend this place. We’ll be coming back
