RecommendedRod Is very experienced with realigning the body. I’ve had to have my back realigned 3 times the last few years .... self inflicted. Totally appreciate his abilities. The other staff are very nice and helpful,too
I have been going to Steven Vincent off and on for about 15 years with spinal stenosis. As bad as I hated to, I was just about to have surgery around 2002, when I met Steven. I had to go fairly often at first; however, I may go a month without having to get an appointment. Steven saved my back and saved me from going under the knife. My primary care physician always said that back surgery was "the last link". The Palestra is the most thorough and friendly centers I have ever been to.
I have been going to Rod going on 12 yrs. for back & neck . He has kept me off of pain pills and well enough , that 5 different doctors this last year told me to keep going to him. My husband, daughter & grandson also have had Rod work on them. The other therapist are also very good. They have a very good group !
I started at Palestra last wk with Steven Vinson, and I couldn't be happier!! The facility is managed well, and Steven really listens to my concerns, consulted with my doctors and zeroed in on my treatment from the very first visit. He has the magic touch and I always leave feeling like a new person. He's thorough with my care, before, during and after. If you need conscientious, concise and professional treatment (not to mention at a reasonable cost) GO TO PALESTRA!
Rod and the folks at Palestra are the best physical therapy group I've come across in San Antonio. They do a thorough job of evaluating your needs and setting up a rehab plan. While they have to follow the limits set by health plans and insurance companies, Rod was able to work on more than one area of my body at each session to get me back in balance and function after spinal surgery. The staff are very friendly in guiding you through your strength and stretching exercises. (And I'm a doctor-patient...we're hard to please!)
