Literally the WORST. Constant management turnover and the management companies do not communicate at all or give any clear direction. My apartment has been infested with roaches and their response has always been “well it’s San Antonio”. Roach infestations are NOT normal especially for someone as clean as I am. I couldn’t wait to move out of this place with constant package robberies and disgusting premises filled with garbage. Beautiful
Very upset ! First we move in and can’t use one of are restrooms for 2-3 months because are downstairs neighbor won’t open the door ! Never got 1 discount then we have delt with loud nose all day from are downstairs neighbor loud music all day and all night !! emails and everything has been sent to the office nothing has changed ! Still music loud as a concert as I speak ! Corporate said it’s a civil matter !! I’m pissed ! I have called the police multiple times no chance the office needs to do something! We are really enjoying our stay here and the office staff and maintenance is Amazing. I appreciate them. The only problem we have is a neighbor, who blast her music so loud as if she’s at a nightclub. That’s not just disturbing for us but for everyone around her and very inconsiderate. Right now it’s after 10:30pm we have called the cops because she’s been blasting music for 2 hours. I suffer from chronic pain and would like to rest.
I’m on my second year living here and I appreciate the quality of the apartments, the location is so close to everything, and Brenda is an incredible community manager. Good communication and quick responses for maintenance issues. Renewing up again if I can!
