We couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect venue than The Palace. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we knew this was where we wanted to have our wedding. Would avoid this venue like the plague. Valet left multiple cars unlocked and caused thousands of dollars in items to be stolen from while the event was happening. They refused to allow the guest to self park.
Not a safe area at all - went there for an event last night, valet my car! Someone broke into multiple cars during the event, they stole multiple guests personal belongings and damaged their cars - be aware of this place! What made it worse is the management team at the hall did nothing to assist and or comfort the guests after they were notified! These folks should beef up their security along with getting additional training on hospitality/ customer service! Look at other revenues before booking your event here!
