I cannot say enough wonderful things about Emily Perez, Resident Relations Manager at The Palace in Coral Gables. For the past two and a half weeks, Emily has gone above and beyond in helping us coordinate and completely transform my 89-year-old father’s apartment. She oversaw the removal of the existing rental furniture and light fixtures and assisted extensively in managing the entire process from start to finish. The Palace is beautiful, the staff is very attentive, I love how everyone always has a smile on their face. I sat down waiting for someone to help me and I was instantly greeted and it made me feel welcomed.
