We engaged the Pakatar Group after being introduced by nonprofit partners engaged in energy effeciency work. Art was very professional, and passed us to Alex, who assured us that our projects would meet criteria for federal tax credits. Alex Pakatar misrepresented their knowledge of the program, provided false assurances, and provided very low quality communication throughout. We have been using the Pakatar Group for energy efficiency testing for almost a year now and couldn’t be more pleased. Alex has been extremely helpful and responsive in our projects as well as educating and enrolling us in applicable programs. The services they provide are paid for 10x over in the incentives and tax credits we have been able to apply for. I highly recommend using them.
