I received several texts asking that I leave a review. I wrote back saying that I hadn’t left a review yet because it wasn’t going to be good. I haven’t heard anything since. I then sent an e-mail to the original person who did the estimate and he responded 16 days ago " I will make sure our crew gets back out there to finish cleaning up and touchup," but one has been out I've used this company several times in the past and have always had exceptional service. Fantastic job! Workers were courteous and professional and very tidy afterwards!
The painting crew was professional, quiet and expeditious in painting our interior spaces within the two day timeframe the sales associate quoted me. It actually did not even take that long.They left everything neat and were very gracious and respectful. The project manager checked up on them at the beginning and the end of the job and made sure everything was satisfactory. I would absolutely use them again. In addition, their prices were very reasonable.
My experience with this organization fell significantly short of expectations. During the initial consultation, services were promoted confidently, but crucial elements discussed were later omitted without explanation. As the project progressed, it was repeatedly handed off between personnel who lacked familiarity with the scope and details, resulting in confusion and poor coordination.
