I went here in February for my friend’s birthday and left them my contact details and everything very very clearly. My friend got hers back a few weeks ago (roughly 5 months later?) so I called and asked where mine was as I hadn’t heard a single thing from them for 6 months now. Bowl is cracking all over after dishwasher use, that may be my bad but I have seen other reviews who have hand washed it and it still turned out the same. I will just use as decor

This place is really lovely in terms of the experience and its staff who are very kind. The reason for this review is because my friends pottery went missing (the sheet where you write your information and what you had made was found but not the item itself) and the store had offered store credit for the item - we requested she also get store credit (not a refund) for the money she spent painting the item (as we had paid extra to stay back longer and finish) which they said they would honour over the phone but did not when m... read more
