I had an appointment recently, nice ladies can cut great hair but cannot dye hair. I asked for beach blond - ended up with "copper orange". Owner blamed their color guy - no refund and had to pay someone else who fixed problem. Very bad when "pained lady" is in the name.

Due to a canceled appointment I had elsewhere, I made a last minute appointment to get my haircut at The Painted Lady Salon. First, I was very relieved they could get me right in. Second, my hairstylist, Bri was very sweet. She listened to what I wanted done with my hair, she took her time as she worked, and then she told me if I go home and later I find that I'm not happy with my hair, to call her and she'd fit me right in to make sure it was done to my liking.
