Edit: ** I had a friend that went here a few months ago who wont post her review but the same thing happened to her. She went in looking for something light brown with highlights. She was given BLACK hair. She explained its too dark (wont lighten when washed out) and they offered to bleach her hair. My friend went to a different salon and they told her that her hair is so damaged that she needed to wait before they could even fix it. I get butchered everywhere I go but Katie actually listened to me and my concerns. She was so sweet, fun and positive! Great experience and I’m finally happy with a cut for the first time in many months!
Falon you did an awesome job I am a so happy with my hair. You have a retuning customer and client ad long as you are there. I got so many compliments on it. Thank you for correcting the mess up and making it right. Your focus on customer service is huge. So thankful for you.
I have thick hair and it was a challenge for the hairdresser I had. Spent over 50 walked out looking silly. Had to go home and try to make it work. Hair looks the same but chopped in places. Not at all what I was asking for. I will have to let grow some and find someone who can cut thick fine hair. Not giving up on this place will set appointment with hairdresser with more experience.
I always get a little nervous going into a salon but I walked in and my experience was fabulous from the get! Katie was very informative on what I need to do to start my healthy hair journey! I'm so excited and very happy with everything thank you!
