Falon you did an awesome job I am a so happy with my hair. You have a retuning customer and client ad long as you are there. I got so many compliments on it. Thank you for correcting the mess up and making it right. Your focus on customer service is huge. So thankful for you.
I have thick hair and it was a challenge for the hairdresser I had. Spent over 50 walked out looking silly. Had to go home and try to make it work. Hair looks the same but chopped in places. Not at all what I was asking for. I will have to let grow some and find someone who can cut thick fine hair. Not giving up on this place will set appointment with hairdresser with more experience.
I always get a little nervous going into a salon but I walked in and my experience was fabulous from the get! Katie was very informative on what I need to do to start my healthy hair journey! I'm so excited and very happy with everything thank you!
my experience: professional and personable, excellent service, mesmerizing shampoo, very talented staff, and a very enjoyable visit. I am not a hair guy, but I sure received quit a few compliments for my hair cut. Painted Lady Salon is turning me.
