I always look forward to my appts with Kelsey. She and her team have such a wonderful relationship with their clients and you can tell just listening to them. Kelsey is a micro-blading artist. Unbelievably talented.
I have followed Jess throughout the years when she has moved salons and finally found her perfect home at The Painted Lady! The service is superb and she really listens to what her clients want.
