If you are considering Matt to work on your home, do not, I repeat do not, hesitate to sign his contract. I can honestly say he is the most professional, detail oriented, fair contractor I have ever worked with (personally or professionally as a Realtor.) He took as much time as needed to help me select just the right colors, started and finished the job on time and even came back a month later to repair the side of the house we damaged with our RV.
