Very unprofessional, price gouging whenever possible. Never use them for a funeral. I found an order online from this company, processed the order and got my email confirmation. Then they call me back and tell me that because it is around Valentine's Day I will have to pay more than the advertised price for a dozen roses. This price was not a special or promotional price. They told me if I wanted to keep the cost the same then I would receive 10 roses instead of 12 because it was Valentine's Day and flowers are more expensiv... read more
