Zero stars. Horrible service and awful communication. Never called to update about my car and when I called I always had to leave a voicemail. It’s been over a year since the hail storm and my car still isn’t complete. They basically took my money and ran.
I recently had some repairs done through an insurance company. It was such a great experience. I dropped my car off. They drive me to rental car place. Then when repaired I drove the rental back to repair shop and drove away with my car. Amazing. Could not have gone better. Highly recommend!
