I went for a consultation for the GAE procedure. After the consultation with a male assistant, I asked to speak with the doctor concerning water on my knee. The male assistant stated the knee could not be drained without prior authorization because payment may not be rendered. Dr Chiu came in and right away you can feel the positive aurora. After my car accident, I was overwhelmed and had no idea whether I needed surgery or not. I was scared and unsure about what to do, but the female doctor took the time to explain everything thoroughly in a way I could easily understand. All went very well. Efficient, effective, painless, and personable.
I made an appointment at the new Clifton Center. I had a very pleasant appt with NP Blessie. She took time to listen to my journey into chronic pain with my RA disease. She was very pleasant and caring. I will continue with Blessie and the Painless Center. She made me feel validated while my previous PM doctor in Ridgewood did not really listen nor seemed to care about my pain. The office staff is also very helpful and kind.
The painless center with office in Tenafly, Clifton and Hackensack NJ is a wonderful place to be at, especially if you experience pain. I love the staff there, and very comfortable with Stephanie she is wonderful and answers all your questions and very knowledgeable. The Doctor Jason Chiu is very fortunate to have Stephanie there.
